AT&T Store

On 11/29/23, I walked in the store, because my iPhone was frozen. Erick was the rep that assisted me in the AT & T store. He was very nice, and immediately acknowledged me when I walked in the door. He did a soft reset on my phone, and I was back in business. While I was there, he took the time to explain the extended Black Friday deal that AT&T was offering to their customers. Erick explained the deal to me in great detail, which ultimately I purchased the iPhone 15 Pro Max. What I like about Erick, is that he is very customer service oriented. Even though he was assisting me, he acknowledged every customer that walked through the door. If I walk in a retail store, and the employees do not acknowledge me when I walk in the door, I will walk right back out. Erick is amazing, he deserves a raise, and I wish him much success.

ERICK was absolutely wonderful in helping my husband with his new z flip phone when it had issues. He was very knowledgeable and was able to replace the phone in store for us the same day. Love Vernon hills AT&T store!!

Had a great experience with Erick today! He was extremely helpful and gave me and my family a lot of information happily about transferring our numbers from Verizon to AT&T. He also helped us place screen and camera protectors on our phone and also explained to us how the trade in system works to get a new phone for a cheap price. We had a lovely time, thank you Erick!

Erick was extremely honest and helpful in the trade in process. He offered multiple times for me to come back in and he would personally help with the backing up and transferring data to my new phone. I would recommend Erick and this store to anyone who has any questions about AT&T.
